I have set the Mindfullness App for two minutes. How do I select the time of day for Mindfullness to start on the Apple Watch 7 ?

Time of day is not shown on Workout display On my Apple Watch Series 7, on the Workout display the time of day is not shown in the upper right corner of the face. On my wife's Watch (also Series 7) the time is shown. I can't find a setting to control this. Does anyone know where I can turn the time of day back on here?

Setting a time for activity I’m new to Apple Watch, w/my old Fitbit I was able to set a time that I wanted alerts for activity. Why can’t Apple Watch do the same? Now I have to remember to ‘do not disturb’ every night & un’do not disturb’ every morning👎...Come on Apple!!!
