Can't hear Well with my AirPods

if I have a warranted or if I can return it .

around the time of December, I ( my email address is)purchased an ear-pod online from your company .At this point I cant hear Well .I cleaned it already and still I cant hear clear .Please advise if I have a warantee or if you can return

Left AirPod quality isn’t working too it’s full potential I bought my AirPods a couple months ago and the sound quality in the left earphone isn’t working too it’s full potential.. AirPods sound is really low I had AirPods for 1-2 months and the sound is really low and volume is all the way up it just started today does anybody know if it’s covered under warranty [Re-Titled by Moderator]
