Can't hear Well with my AirPods

if I have a warranted or if I can return it .


around the time of December, I ( my email address is)purchased an ear-pod online from your company .At this point I cant hear Well .I cleaned it already and still I cant hear clear .Please advise if I have a warantee or if you can return
