AirPods Pro audio quality issues

The left AirPod Pro sounds like the speaker is blown out. I have been trying to speak so someone at apple about getting it fixed as I got it in December. I have called the support number with a case number and waited for a support person for an hour. Then called back again waited 30 minutes. Is Apple just not honoring their warranty right now? I have been using these for conference calls and can’t use them with the vibration of a blown out speaker right in my ear. Has anyone had success contacting Apple? Do I just need to wait for 2 hours?

thanks for responding MrBill3. This morning while rummaging around on the Support page I clicked on the Best Buy support page and found this phone number 1-800-275-2273 for apple support. I called it and was on hold for about 20-30 minutes, but they told me that the speaker on my left air pod was blown out and that they would send me a replacement. I tried the solutions above, but I still get the gritty buzzing sound at times. I am just glad i got it resolved.
