We’re not Apple. We’re other users. We can’t see your Apple ID transactions, nor purchases and billing info.

You’ll have to discuss this directly with the folks that work for Apple.

Use the Contact support link in the upper right.

There are many scams around, claiming purchases that never happened in an effort to gain your Apple ID credentials.

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Look at the message:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Look at the accounting data and the subscriptions:

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If these purchases are real, your Apple ID is likely compromised:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Contact Apple Support:

If you see transactions that you do not recognize. As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They'll know see what has offered and will run you through he fix.

Contacting Apple:

Modify your Credentials:

Also, I'd suspect that someone may know your credentials. So, consider performing the following:

  • Modifying: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
  • Associating: a different method of payment to your account
  • Enabling: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
