Rattling sound in AirPod Pro

when I wear my Airpods and have ANC or Transparency mode on and move at all there is this annoying rattling sound that comes out of the left earbud only. I don’t know if this is from the mic pickup or something but it’s gone to the point where I can’t stand using them after a few minutes unless I stay completely still
