When I make phone calls/receive calls the person on the other end can’t hear me

my right AirPod is working fine with music and everything but when I make phone calls/receive calls the person on the other end can’t hear me, what could be wrong?

AirPods Pro (2nd gen) has robotic voice My Airpods pro (2nd gen) started to make robotic voice while having the call in Mac book air M1 2020, Zoom, Slack etc. But it is working fine while having call through my iphone 12. No issues while having zoom, slack calls through phone. It would be great if someone can help.
