How to turn of "shake to shuffle"

I use iPhone X and its software is ios 13.5.1

I use spotify and when I walk around, my Iphone shuffles music by itself.

I tried to turn off the function in the settings, but I couldn't find any options for it.

How can I stop this happening?

Shuffle always on - iPhone 7, iOS 14.4.2 I have a recurring problem with the shuffle function on my iPhone 7. It has been a problem stretching back to iOS 13 at least. I can not turn off Shuffle. The icon stays bold red no matter how many times I tap it--it never toggles to white background indicating not shuffling. I've closed the app and restarted my phone countless times. Neither of my ‘Play’ or ‘Shuffle’ icons are highlighted. No matter what I do, it randomly plays any song it likes, which is frustrating as I am (and have been doing successfully for the past 4 years) trying to play all my songs in Alphabetical order, I am up to the ‘F’s’, but today for some reason it’s playing up. HELP!!

I know Shake to Undo under Accessibility.

Apple Music Subscription doesn't have this feature either.

Spotify is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here. --> App Support
