I changed my Apple ID email and password, and my phone isn't responding to that well.

I just changed my apple id email and password, and my phone isn't responding to that well. things are asking me to sign in but with my old apple id, and after i type in my password it try's again but with my new apple id, but even that fails. i can't sign in to anything on my phone anymore.
