In the Alexa App Apple Music is not shown as a resource and when you tap link new Service it says all music accounts are linked. Reinstalled the App, issue persists, iOS 13.5.1

No, it was not linked at all and there was no option to link as the skill was not activated. I had to first activate Apple Music in the Alexa Skills and then you have the option to link it from the Alexa app settings. I have solved it the very same day but thanks for the reply.
