I’ve bought a iPad mini 3 is was restored back to beginning of set up
I started setting up but got distracted then it keeps asking for passcode & saying the one I entered is wrong
Do I need to plug into iTunes on laptop & restore?
Do I have to download iTunes via Microsoft?

It shouldn’t ask for a passcode when one isn’t set. Could it be a Screen Time code on a managed device? Is it possible that the device is part of a family group?

I started setting it up got so far had done finger print then was in middle of tea Stalled setting up when I got back to it was asking for passcode entered the one I had set but it says iPad is disabled
Ok will sort on laptop
I did try last night but microsoft was playing up downloading iTunes
