in my camera roll I can’t access my videos, I can’t watch them, I can’t send them to anyone. I had a storage problem before but I deleted some apps to get storage. Can somebody help

Do you have sufficient free space?
You need an absolute minimum of 10% of your iPhone’s total storage free at all times. More would be better.

Keep your eye on that iPhone storage. It will really affect the iPhone’s performance.
Note there are recommendations offered at Settings > General > iPhone Storage. You might consider accepting some.
