iCloud Hacked

My iCloud was hacked so I changed my password and removed a credit card which had been added by the person who hacked my account. I attempted to add a new card to cover the monthly fee for additional storage but it says my account is disabled and to contact Apple Support. When I try to do that I get a message saying there are no options at this time and I should try back later. They thank me for my understanding and patience of which I have neither.


Any suggestions?
