Summary is not available

I have to connect My iPhone to PC with the help of iTunes. Seems there is no option in the iTunes software which I downloaded in the system

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

After plugging your iPhone into your computer, iTunes will eventually see it and an icon appears on iTunes' top bar menu. Click on that:

That will then display the Devices/Settings/Summary pane:
