[Airpods Pro] Automatic Ear Detection Not Working

Sometimes when watching YouTube or listening Spotify, taking one of the pods out of my ear wouldn't pause the media(i turned automatic ear detection mode on in bluetooth setting). I have tried to reset my airpods pro but the problem still persists.

Note: My airpods pro is brandnew

airpods audio is not constant between both ears when i pause my music or audio and start to play again, one airpod is louder than the other. the only way for me to fix this is to disconnect and reconnect my airpods every time. is there anyway for me to rectify this issue once and for all, rather than having to disconnect and reconnect my aipods every time i wish to pause my music or video?

Airpods Pro automatic right ear detection not working Hi, after the last update my right aipod pro automatic ear detection stopped working also the force pitch to pause/skipp doesn't work. It sounds but i have to turn off automatic ear detection so the noice cancelling works. I already tried resetting them but no luck..
