Why has icloud icon become like that?

And icloud drive doesn't work in macbook pro folder. I can't see the new files that i've uploaded from iphone.

I can see them only if i go on icloud ny website.

About the iCloud icon in Favourites on your browser: it’s normal as it is an apple service. The first time you added the website to Favourites, it might have had an icon with an I on it, later it changes in the Apple icon. The info beneath the icon indicates it refers to the iCloudwebsite
