I have upgraded my Mac to Catalina software and seems I have done it, the Final Cut Pro every time that a open my MacBook shuts down, any one knows how to fix it?
In addition to what Tom said: did you also update FCP X?
Older versions do not work correctly in Catalina.

What are the complete specs of the Mac? What did you upgrade from? If this was from a prior OS you should always do a clean install by wiping the drive, installing the OS, and reinstalling the software.
This does not help.
You need to let Etrecheck produce its report: File->New Report
Then click Share Report->Copy Report
and finally reply to this message, click the "additional text" button below and Paste.
Is the trial version crashing, or the previous version? Did you do a clean install of the new OS? What are the complete specs of your system?
I was using a copy of final cut of a friend of my, but now I’m using the trial version, but I want to make sure that it will continue working because until, Monday I’m going to buy my own.
The software that I was using before it was also Catalina, but I don’t know which version.
Both versions is crashing I even deleted my friend’s copy and I’m using the trial version until Monday when I will buy my own. I’m using a MacBook Air 2015 model.
