If you want to use the Outlook email program, you need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID and create an app specific password to use. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 step verification.

Well, I don’t even know how to try.
Do I use Apple Mail? I tried adding it Outlook but it tries and tries and until the sever stops answering.
I created a new password because I had forgotten the old one but I cannot get to my profile because it won’t take my security questions. Thanks.
Thank you Eric. I contacted Apple support via Chat and I was told they could not help me anymore.
The thing is, the answers to my old security questions cannot be anything else than what I typed. Is it possible that because I have not used that ID since 2008, the profile has been erased from the servers?
