How to remove a shared folder

I was looking in my finder and saw a shared folder under Networks that I did not recognize. It is pictured here. If I click on it, does not allow me to see anything as it says that I do not have permission. I have no idea what it is or how it got there but I do not recognize the name either. I do not have file sharing checked on my computer. It is showing in both a late 2011 iMac running High Sierra and on a late 2015 iMac running Catalina. I have looked all over on how to remove it but cannot find a decent answer. Help Please.

Thank you very much. I was not able to find anything online similar to your answers and now feel safe. I really do not understand why this takes place but I turned off wifi and it disappears. Since both computers are connected to lan, I will leave the wifi off unless I need it for another purpose. I am not in an area with lots of wifi signals but really do not know which neighbor it is.

They are not connected to you nor are you connected to theirs. It's a reception issue. For whatever reason their Wi-Fi and your Wi-Fi "see" each other. They show up on your computer, and you, probably, show up on their computer. However, neither of you have access to the other's computer. They cannot log into your computer without knowing the password for your account.

If you try changing your Wi-Fi connection, then you may find lots of other connections shown beside yours. You are able to pick up the signals but you probably see a lock icon beside each entry because they are all protected. I usually see nine different connections on my Wi-Fi. They belong to nearby neighbors. I see so many because I live in a townhome development - like a condo but with two floors.

It appears that you are correct as to the locations and yes it does appear to be a server; however how did someone get connected to my wifi network since it is password protected? I looked into my wifi choices, and see 8 wifi networks but only one is mine which is the one that I am connected to. If I use Airport Utility to see what is connected to my router, I believe everything is mine that I can identify. However there are 3 items only listed by what appears to be an ip address one of which is 10.0.82.102.
