Films wont load

Ive tried it on a couple of movies

They start then they stop

Never happened before

Movies won’t load I’m trying to watch a movie and it won’t load. I just keep getting the circle, but it never loads. I need to refresh it, I guess, but not sure how. Please help

Downloaded movie won't play on iPad Pro I rented and downloaded 2 movies on my iPad Pro from within the iTunes Store. Went on a plane and watched one of them fine. About 10 days later went on another plane and tried to start the other movie and got an error message something like "The video can't be played because you do not have access to it or it is no longer available." Restarted the iPad multiple times, and the app, tried it through the iTunes store and the TV app, always same issue. Still happening several days later. Shows fully downloaded with the checkmark icon and "15 days left." Then I updated to iOS 13.3 and now when I try to play it, it just spins on a black screen with the playback bar at the bottom. No error message. This has happened to me in the past. I can't believe that these types of bugs still exist with Apple software. I can't rent a movie and trust that it will play when I'm stuck on an airplane for 5 hours.

this video isnt available to watch why movie i bought wont play? wait a moment and try again i wait one week with no luck...

Hi bsharp999,

I understand you are unable to load movies in iTunes.

I would recommend following the steps here: If music, movies, or TV shows from the iTunes Store, Apple Music app, or Apple TV app stop downloading.

Please also review these steps: If you can't stream or watch films or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store or third-party apps
