Even though the Xerox Phaser 3250 clearly is not supported beyond macOS 10.12 Sierra, one should perhaps not rule out the possibility that the printer, somehow (for example, using a generic driver), can be made to work (at least partially) under macOS 10.15 Catalina.
Is this a Phaser 3250D (USB only) or the 3250DN (Ethernet and USB)? If the latter, is USB or Ethernet used for the connection?

If nothing else works, you may even want to experiment with Windows printing via a virtual machine on the Mac.
