icloud.com keeps spinning on Wi-Fi
When trying to access icloud.com using my Wi-Fi network, I am unable to do so. The site is reachable, but the login screen never loads, and all I see is a spinning icon. I have tried accessing the site both on my MacBook and my iPhone, as well as other devices, all connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and the issue always persists. However, when I connect my devices to a different network, this loads fine and I am able to access the website.
I tried talking to my ISP about the problem, and they asked me to check the ping status of the website. I have tried pinging the website, and the pings are fine. I have changed DNS servers and the issue is still not resolved. My ISP now tells me that the issue must be on Apple's side. I have checked the server status for Apple and all services are up.
I am not sure how to solve this issue. Can someone please guide me?
