Cannot Access Apple Online Store Account

I cannot access my Saved Items, Orders or Account in the Apple Online Store. It shows that I am signed in but when I click on any of those links, The page you are looking for can't be found. This happens on both of my Macs.

When I switch the connection to my iPhone as a hotspot, I can access Saved Items, Orders and Account in the Apple Online Store. As soon as switch back to my network, the page not found message immediately appears.

This is some kind of a network issue and I don't know how to resolve. I have AT&T Internet (not fiber). One Mac is connected via Ethernet directly to the router and the other one is connected via WiFi.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for replies.

I understand two separate Macs are unable to access your Apple Online Store Account, but while using your iPhone's hotspot you can.

The methodical troubleshooting you performed tells me it's a network problem unrelated to your Macs, as you suspect. That isolates it to either your router (which you can reset) or your ISP (which you can't). Try resetting your AT$T equipment: power it down, wait an arbitrary minute, power it back up again.

While you do that, physically disconnect the cable connected to the modem / router. A network engineer once told me that ensures their equipment really gets reset, which seems dubious to me but you might as well try it also.
