apple tv and tablo tv

They were working together great until about a week ago, then the Apple TV stopped recognizing the Tablo TV. I can connect to the Tablo from my MBA and from my iPhone (MBA via Safari, iPhone via the Tablo app [same as Apple TV]) so it is alive and well. It's just the ATV, using the Tablo TV app, that doesn't "see" the Tablo.

I have tried the following to no avail:

Factory refresh of both devices
Deleted and reinstalled the Tablo app on ATV
Ethernet and WiFi connections on the Tablo device
I have two ATV's, tried with both

I have spoken with the support at Tablo and they say the ATV is pinging the Tablo when I open the app, but isn't responding when the Tablo sends back.

I already went that route, they say the problem is on the Apple side. They've tested with their Apple products and cannot reproduce the problem. Thought, perhaps, someone here might have run across the issue and have a resolution.
