failed to open a connection to the device (-21345) error message when trying to scan
On both a new Canon PIXMA TS5320 and an older Epson all-in-one printer, I can print wirelessly with no issues but when I try to scan a document, I get an error message "failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)". I have already reset the Printing system with no luck. Please help!
