Time Capsule Not getting Ip Address when connected via Wireless.

A Time Capsule cannot connect to a network using WiFi unless it is connecting to a WiFi signal that is being provided by another Apple AirPort router.
Another way to say the same thing........A Time Capsule cannot connect to a WiFi network provided by a third party router.
So, the first question to ask here is........what is the make and model number of your router?
