How / where do I re-arrange mailboxes so they are reflected in iCloud Mail?

How / where do I re-arrange mailboxes so they are reflected in iCloud Mail? It appears I can rearrange iCloud Mail folders on my iMac and MBP but these changes do not reflect on my iPhone / iPad. Is there a master location for arranging iCloud Mail Folders? I've looked at iCloud.com but can not see a way to re-arrange the order of mail folders. To be clear when I'm travelling I want am email folder with all my travel arrangements to be at the top of my iCloud Mail folder structure - not a hundred folders down - especially given the dumb open / close folder behaviours of iCloud Mail. Thanks in advance.

iMac Pro, macOS 10.15

I just tried it just a while ago at the risk of messing up some of my folder, e.g. mine are in alphabetical order at iCloud.com so let's say I had the following folders - A1, A2, B1. I was able to place A2 into A1 (nest) which created a small triangle next to A1. Click on that triangle and on the dropdown, I can then see A2. Hope that makes sense...LOL.

In your case, when you're traveling maybe you can create a dummy folder at the top, e.g. A Travel list, then nest your travel folder under that folder? Might work?

Suggestion for maintaining emails with key pieces of information - maybe you can make those emails as unread or maybe flag them? That's what I do so that I can find important emails.
