Airpod Bluetooth interference

I put my airpods in and it is connected to my phone then it drops out and i can hear sounds coming from a tv in another apartment. How do I see what tv it is and how do I stop it happening?

How do I pair AirPods with Apple TV Can I pair AirPods with Apple TV Model 1625 released in 2015? My problem is when I’m watching a streaming show with AirPods or headphones the minute I cast to Sony Bravia Smart TV, I lose sound on the AirPods to the TV.
