screen protector

Should I install a screen protector on my Macbook Pro 13'' 2020 model?

I have a dog that tends to lie down near [my] laptop and he has in the past knock the screen on my old mid 2012 Macbook Pro. This is my first mac with a retina display so… I just want to know what would be the best way to take care of it.

Also consider the glass display. If or when something drops

on there, or some dog buddy sits on top of MacBook, that

can break ~ & mess up what could be beautiful relationship.

Thin, & lighter can be strong; yet also have limited flexibility.

And screen protector 'layers' on display between keyboard &

lid, can be artificially thick. May cause the glass to break too.

Some cohesive protectors may not snugly fit, either. Pressing

to 'force out' air bubbles, can easily help break the glass.

Good luck & happy trails!🌞🎣
