I cannot see my order status. I purchased apple mouse and when I checked in at the apple store I cannot view my order status anymore. It says I don't have order for the pst 90days..How can I solve this?

I have the same problem, it says :

There was a problem with your request. Please try again.
I have the same issue. I haven’t been able to access orders for several hours. When I follow the order number from the email it tells me that it doesn’t match Apple’s records.
