Order "Processing" more than two Months !!

Hello,


I have ordered a new 2021 14 inch MacBook pro on April 3, it is a custom order, and the arriving date was between April 25 and May 3.


Today is April 22nd and my order is still stuck in the "Processing" status!! In addition, after I checked the status of my order today, I was shocked that my order has a new arrival date which is Jun 7 - Jun 22!!



Jun 22 !!! This is almost 3 months since my order was placed !!


I wonder why my order is taking so much time to process! I wasn't expecting such an experience from Apple!


I tried to reach out to Apple using the chat now option but it seems that apple deactivated this option also.



I can't call customer service as I am currently ordering from outside the US.


I really need this laptop before the end of April and there seems to be nothing I can do but canceling the order :(

Don't feel alone, It is called a global supply chain issue....


3 months seems to be about normal under the current conditions.


You can cancel it anytime before it moves to shipping.

It won't be to you before the end of April, so do as you need to do.
