The camera picturing sound won’t work

Hi, I just bought a new iPhone 11, I have found that when I take a picture in a regular mode it won’t make a sound but when I switch to portrait mode Or any other mode there is a sound.

I tried switching to mute on and of, tried switching the sound up and down, even tried restarting the phone and still nothing.
