Where are shared folders stored?

Where are shared folders stored? Don’t see any of those photos in iCloud.

Shared folder or shared photo albums? They are not the same thing.

Assuming you mean shared photo albums, they are not stored or visible on icloud.com

They can be viewed only in an iOS or macOOS photo app. The album owner can also create a web version for those without an app.
