"Quick links" is missing from mac app store.

I am using MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 and I am trying to redeem a code for an app that I purchased. However, when in the mac app store, the "Quick Links" section is missing and there is no other way that I know of to find where I am supposed to Redeem a Code. I have seen on other areas online that it should be on the left side of the app store screen but I see nothing of the sort. Any help?
