Is is possible to use the iPad Apple pen directly onto a shared word document in iPad apps such as google docs or dropbox? I have a word template that needs to be filled out and shared between multiple people and the use of the apple pen would be good. Thanks!

it is not possible to use Apple Pencil within Google Docs. If you were to import the document into Apple’s Pages or Microsoft Word to use Apple Pencil.

I want my colleague to use google docs on a protected word document with tick boxes and text spaces (created from the developer TAB in WORD). I created the document in word as usual with tick boxes and text boxes added then protected the document so that when it has been send only the tick boxes and text boxes can be filled out. However when it has been sent to google docs , the format of the developer items has changed to strange characters ( sometimes Chinese characters) and the document is no longer protected. Would appreciate anyone's help Thanks
