Apple took extra money from my visa

I upgraded my cloud stoarge to 50 gb then apple took from me first charge of 21.00 l.e which i dont know why then took second charge of 18.99 l.e for the actual subscription

Why apple take that first (extra) 21.00 l.e and didn't mention it in the purchased history

Please answer me very quickly!

in my purchase history it is only included the charge of 18.99 L.E of the 50 GB Subscription

the charge of 21.00 L.E is not included in any purchase

a note: this is my first purchase in apple

is the 21:00 l.e is a authorization hold of the bank ?
