My contacts on iphone don't appear on my icloud site (contacts) on laptop. I put settings.. icloud..contacts..merge , and no avail.
please help me to save my contacts on icloud

Did you setup iCloud contacts on your device - Set up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I can not synchronize my contacts on iphone 11 pro to icloud, I tried all the steps to synchronize contacts to icloud and no avail.
Is it a bug or what!!!
my laptop is Macbook Air, but I could not fix catalina on it as there is no enough space.
