I currently have a problem with my ID, someone apparently logged in to my ID and changed some data, now I can't connect. So I ask you to support me in this regard. I hope you can fix this problem for me as soon as possible.

Go to iforgot.apple.com and try to reset your password, then immediatly start using two factor authentication.

The only way I think you will have a good outcome is the way I mentioned in my post, the part about having your receipt for your purchase of a pertinent device from an authorized Apple seller with its serial number on it. But, if you don't have it, you can always contact Apple support and see if they will help you without having it.

I try to change my security questions and apple tells me " We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions". My password is ok right now
