Apple mail. RR mail account thru tampabay.rr.com. Access OK on the web. iCloud mail normal, using MacBook Air Catalina, MacBook Air majove and iPhone 6-able to receive but unable to send. Spent a hour plus with Apple Tech to no avail. Any suggestions

You do not specify after an hour what all you tired????

I would first verify with tampabay.rr Support that the SMTP server is working trouble free, it may be an issue out of your control.
