Ipod not syncing
My iPod Classic isn't syncing and I can't tick where it says to syc ticked music. The guy I bought it from said its the computer I am using, so then why have I been able to rename the iPod but the music won't sync?? HELP

If you use PC and Mac OS 10.14 (and earlier) -- Use iTunes to sync music
If you Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina) - Use Finder to sync music
You might want to check your iPod in diagnostic mode Put your iPod in Diagnostic Mode:
- Hold down the select button and the top menu button at the same time.
- Wait for the iPod to restart and then switch from the menu button to the left rewind button.
- It will reboot in diagnostic mode.
- Select MENU for Manual Test, then select IO > HardDrive > HDSMARTData
Another drastic approach -- restore the iPod first, then re-sync the music library.
