Maps seems to always route me to a toll road. Can I make it avoid toll roads?

When you elect to get driving directions with the Maps app, you should see a link for "Driving Option." One of those options is to avoid "Tolls."

I can't fix an incorrect route in Apple Maps. It is not showing up under REPORT ROUTE ISSUE For some reason, Maps keeps sending people coming to my hours into a graveyard (I don't live in a graveyard). I just went out and used Maps to guide me home and it did it again. But when I go into REPORT ROUTE ISSUE, that roue does not show up. How do I fix this? I have had at least 10 delivery people driving around a graveyard when trying to reach my house. Waze and Google Maps both work properly. And this is THE WORST reporting software I have ever used. No Maps? No "other iOS software"? Nothing for me to put this in.

maps default "preferred type of travel" iOS Apple Maps -- setting the default "preferred type of travel", such as automobile, does not "stick". Apple Maps always starts up with bus transit as the default. Very frustrating. Setting the default in Settings/Maps has not effect whatsoever. This did not happen in iOS 14 or before.

my BIGGEST con of using apple maps why does Apple Maps seem to avoid toll roads on routes going to chicago or my home from my sister’s apartment?
