  • I am currently being billed for apple music service. I never ordered this service and thought the problem was cleared up some months ago. This is a user-to-user forum. No one here (with VERY limited exceptions) works for Apple. So we cannot help you with this problem. But, perhaps these articles will help:

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
