Blurry Front Camera

Hi, I have been having issues with my front camera being very blurry. The camera works perfectly during Facetime, but the screen is very blurry when trying to take a front facing picture or video (camera app, snapchat, etc.)

I have tried restarting the phone, cleaning the lens, updating the phone, closing out all applications. None of the above worked. How can I fix the blurry camera?
