My screen wakes up in the middle of the night without anyone touching it when I have put it to "sleep."
How do I stop it from doing that?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

In Sys Prefs>Energy Saver try unchecking Wake for NetworkAccess.
Thank you. That was already unchecked though. I appreciate your help.
Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Preventing Sleep, any listed?
Nope, all say "no."
Does it wake at a certain time every night?
Anytime between 2a.m. and 5a.m.
If you disconnect the KB & mouse does it still wake?
I haven't tried that, but what is a KB? I will certainly disconnect the mouse and see if that works.
I really appreciate your knowledge and time to help me with this.
I disconnected the keyboard and the mouse last night and the screen lit up at 2:06a.m. again.
OK, open Console in utilities & search bar enter 2:06 & enter.
Hmmm, OK, open Console in utilities & search bar enter 02:06 & enter.
That's weird, now nothing comes up. When I did it before the previous information was there.
Again, thank you for your help. It's greatly appreciated.
Logs get rotated.look under /var/logs on the left for system.log.2.gz for instance.
