iPhone 11 Pro Camera roll shows no video, only audio

So I have the newest iPhone 11 Pro, and I recently recorded a video and when I tried to watch the playback, it shows an all white square, but the audio from the video works. I can’t figure out how to fix it and I haven’t seen anyone have this problem with an iPhone 11 Pro from what I searched up. When I try to edit the video it says “Cannot edit video. There was an error loading this video.” Anyone know how to fix this? The audio is there, just the video isn’t.
