ipad pro 12.9 unresponsive invisible line

Hello all.

This is a bit of a strange issue and I can’t seem to find it anywhere else. There is an invisible line on the top my screen that is completely unresponsive to tough, whether it be withe my finger or my Apple Pencil. I can’t drag apps past this line without them bouncing back, and it is especially hard to work with when I am drawing in Procreate. It will not let me draw anywhere on that line, and jumps over it while I am drawing lines.

I’ve also noticed a sort of, pulling or sliding feeling when I run the Apple Pencil across that specific area.

Here is an example of how it skips the area of I’m draw in in Procreate. Any suggestions or ideas about what might be wrong would help me a lot, thank you in advance!
