PDF forms are blank

When I fill in a PDF form and email it, the recipient receives a blank PDF. The fields that I filled in appear as though they haven't been filled. I check the PDF on my end and it's fine. Does anyone know how to fix it and why it's happening?

I've encountered that before. I think it has something to do with people using a different pdf viewer.

After you've filled it out, you should try printing the document to PDF and saving as a different name. Basically you're making a duplicate copy, but one that is flat without the layered text boxes. Then send that version and hopefully their viewer program can't get confused.
