Does anyone know how to prevent Keynote taking over 100% both my screens when I choose presenter mode?
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
Keynote takes complete control of the graphics system when in Play, all displays connected to the Mac are dedicated to Keynote.
It's not a fault, that's how Keynote works.
Thanks Gary, I’ve created a work-around: I log on to the webinar with my iPad and use that to keep an eye on the chats etc. Thanks for your help, most appreciated.
Thank you Gary. do you happen know if there is a way that I can get it to use only my laptop screen, rather than also use my additional monitor? (ie: confine it to one of my two screens only?)
Thats the same question as before, so I can't give you a different answer, if you tell me what your trying to do (why don't you want Keynote on both screens) I can give you a more informed answer.
I am delivering a webinar, there will be a chat steam use for questions and "polls" that I need to monitor while presenting. Thank you Gary for your patience.
Keynote uses all the displays that are connected to the Mac, other applications may be run in the background but they will not be seen when Keynote is in Play.
