Hey, does anyone know how to get around installing the sky go app on the MacBook Pro? Installer installed but then just comes up with unsupported URL. Sky said it was a setting on the computer but can't for the life of me find anything useful.

We suggestion confirming that your MacBook Pro meets the system requirements outlined in the Sky Help document we have linked below:

If it does, try checking in System Preferences to see if you have the option to allow the app to open at Security & Privacy > General as outlined here:

Are you still seeing the "Unsupported URL" error? If not, try using Spotlight by tapping Command + Space on your Mac and typing "Sky". Do you see the Sky Go app?

Ok, followed these instructions, still nothing. I have the sky go app installer. Double click, it shows as installing then just disappears. No sky go app anywhere, no error messages.
