iPad Pro 10.5 in infinite reboot loop after update

After updating my iPad to 13.5.1, it reboots every 180 seconds. I have tried the following to fix this:

  1. Restore to backup through iTunes
  2. Full factory reset (with data wipe)
  3. Install 13.6 beta (impossible due to reboot loop)
  4. SQUEEZE battery
  5. Contacted local official service (Russia). They have no idea what to do.

I realize this is a known issue, but there must be some kind of hotfix for it. My iPad has been rendered completely useless by an official software update.

You could try contacting Apple directly in Cupertino, CA USA, instead to make your iPad Pro issues known.

USA phone numbers found here.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you need to, if initial 1st tier Apple customer support is of no help to you, you can calmly ask to have this issue escalated up to more responsible, senior Apple customer support employees to see if they can come up with a more amiable/amenable solution to this iPad boot loop issue, but I make no guarantees, whatsoever to any favorable outcome.

Even if no acceptable resolution, Apple, AT LEAST, logs all support calls and issues.

Hello,

You are using a prerelease version of iPadOS. It is highly inappropriate and prohibited from discussing problems with prerelease Apple software on these communities. If you would like help on here then you will need to restore your device to the latest consumer build of Apple's system software.
