On the all Aluminum models, you can buff scratches to make them less shiny and less noticeable by using Automotive Rubbing Compound. This contains a mild abrasive, and will reduce, but not eliminate the difference between the scratched area and the surrounding metal.
If scratches, chips or gouges are non-trivial, there is no way to fill them, except car body filler and paint over the whole thing.
Some User have suggested that a scratched area is a great place for a sticker.
Taken to the most extreme:

it does not have to be expensive. here is one for less that US$7.50:
The illustration on the bottle shows a car wheel well with yellow paint from somewhere else on it. It claims to be able to buff that out without further damage to the underlying paint.
